Cho sả vào tô cùng với 5ml nước mắm, 10g dầu mè, 15ml dầu hào, 30g đường, 5g tiêu, 1/2 muỗng cà phê ớt bột, 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột ngũ vị hương, kế đến thêm thịt bò vào, trộn đều, để ướp ít nhất trong 30 phút. Sau đó, lấy ra xào nhanh đến khi thịt chín thì cho ra đĩa chuẩn bị.
Trong lúc đó, gọt vỏ và bào bỏ vỏ đu đủ non. Rửa sạch các loại rau, cắt nhỏ.
Bào sợi đu đủ, rồi cho vào chén nước đá ngâm từ 15-20 phút để đu đủ được giòn.
Trộn tất cả 30ml nước cốt chanh, 20ml dầu ôliu, 20g đường, 10ml nước mắm, 10g ớt băm, 5g tỏi băm lại với nhau, khuấy đều.
Cuối cùng dọn đu đủ ra đĩa, bên cạnh cho thêm vài miếng thịt bò, rắc rau bằm, đậu phộng và hành phi giã nhỏ vào, chan thêm nước mắm pha, trộn đều và dùng ngay thôi.
