Trộn đều bột mì, baking soda và bột quế trong tô, để riêng. Bên cạnh đó, trộn đều bơ đã tan chảy và đường nâu, cho trứng gà vào, trộn đều. Sau đó cho tô hỗn hợp đó vào tô hỗn hợp bột mì khô. Trộn bằng tay rồi cho yến mạch và nho khô vào.
Nhồi và trộn thật đều hỗn hợp cho đến khi thành một khối dẻo mịn rồi nặn thành những viên bánh tròn có kích thước bằng nhau, xếp bánh vào khay nướng, nướng bánh ở nhiệt độ 325 độ F trong 20-25 phút. Bánh chín lấy ra để nguội là có thể sử dụng được.
Bánh yến mạch nho khô nướng vừa giòn vừa ngon lại bổ dưỡng nên các mẹ có thể ăn dễ dàng hơn. Bên cạnh dùng để giảm cân, các mẹ có thể dùng bánh yến mạch nướng cho các bé ăn sáng cùng với sữa đều rất ngon.
