Thịt bò bít tết là món ăn vô cùng hấp dẫn theo phong cách châu Âu được du nhập vào Việt Nam và được nhiều người ưa thích. Có rất nhiều cách chế biến món ăn này tùy vào sở thích của mỗi người. Với thịt bò mềm ăn kèm với bánh mì, khoai tây và trứng sẽ tạo hương vị đậm đà cho món ăn này.
Tỏi bóc vỏ, cắt thành các lát mỏng. Nếu tỏi có lõi xanh thì bỏ lõi đi. Đun nóng dầu ăn trong chảo ở nhiệt độ trung bình thấp rồi cho tỏi vào xào cho đến khi tỏi có màu vàng nâu. Sau đó cho tỏi ra khăn giấy còn dầu chiên tỏi thì để riêng ra một chén.
Cắt bỏ phần mỡ, gân thịt bò nếu có. Rắc muối và hạt tiêu vừa đủ lên miếng thịt bò.
Đun nóng chảo, đổ phần dầu đã chiên tỏi vào. Khi chảo nóng nhưng chưa bốc khói, lúc đó dầu đã sẵn sàng để cho thịt bò vào. Cho thịt bò vào, chiên thịt trong 1.5 phút. Sau đó, lật thịt và nấu thêm trong 1.5 phút. Nếu là thịt bò Kobe Mỹ thì chiên mỗi bên mặt thịt là 2 phút. Bóp đều nước chanh và rượu vang lên hai miếng thịt.
Có thể cắt luôn thịt bò trong chảo chiên còn nếu như sử dụng thịt bò Kobe Mỹ, có thể để nguội vài phú trước khi cắt.
Cho thịt bò bít tết ra đĩa và thưởng thức với tỏi chiên, rau mầm... hoặc tùy ý bạn!
