Món ngon mùa hè không thể không nhắc tới các món chè. Mùa hè này hãy giải nhiệt cho gia đình mình bằng cách đơn giản nhất đó là chuẩn bị sẵn những ly chè mát lành trong tủ lạnh nhé! Món chè dưa lưới lạ miệng với những miếng dưa lưới ngọt tươi, bột báng dẻo thơm và cốt dừa béo ngậy chắc chắn sẽ khiến mọi người ai cũng phải gật gù khen ngon.
Bắc một nồi nước lớn lên bếp, khi nước đã sôi thì cho bột báng vào.
Hạ lửa nhỏ khuấy đều liên tục trong vòng 10 phút, đảm bảo bột báng không bị dính cục vào nhau. Sau đó bạn tắt lửa, đậy vung lại trong 5 phút rồi vớt bột báng ra ngoài, rửa dưới vòi nước lạnh.
Dùng dụng cụ múc trái cây để múc dưa lưới thành từng viên tròn. Phần thịt dưa còn lại cho vào máy xay sinh tố cùng hỗn hợp 170g đường cát đã khuấy tan trong 240ml nước, xay nhuyễn.
Rót hỗn hợp dưa lưới xay ra nồi, sau đó trộn cùng với 250ml nước cốt dừa, chút muối và bột báng.
Bắc nồi lên bếp đun ở lửa vừa, vừa đun vừa khuấy đều tay. Khi hỗn hợp sôi thì hạ nhỏ lửa, đun thêm một lát nữa rồi tắt lửa.
Khi hỗn hợp nguội bớt thì cho dưa lưới viên vào trong nồi chè. Để nguội hẳn rồi cho vào tủ lạnh nhé!
